For the Love of Beer!
You’d be hard-pressed to find a more passionate group of Beer lovers than the team behind our bar! Great beer is the heart of our business and we only serve the very best quality so our customers enjoy every sip. See you at the bar for a pint of Gipsy Hill!

Sustainable fish
Here at Richard 1st, we are proud to support the independent fisheries and fisherman sourcing sustainably caught day boat fish as part of our seafood offering. Caught on the day boats, the fish is then returned to the harbour, delivered straight to the market and then directly to our pub. It’s so fresh, we can even tell you the name of the boat and the day and time it was caught.
