Backgammon Club
A few Greenwich locals got together a while ago in their mutual love of backgammon. They used to be a travelling group, but have since decided that the Richard is the perfect home for them! So why not come down and join them for an evening full of fun and friends.
This community led event is open to all comers. Head on down on a Monday night (bring your board if you have one) and test your skills against your neighbours. If you don't know how to play come down and the group will be happy to teach you how to play.

QUIZ CLUB
Every Tuesday night Richard the First hosts the HOTTEST quiz night in town! There are tinfoil creations and music rounds, with the occasional crowd-pleaser that is SINK OR FLOAT (it has to be shouted about!) to keep you entertained.
A £75 bar tab is up for grabs for the winning team, runners up win free entry to the next quiz. Don't worry if you don't think you can compete with the top teams, second to last gets a lovely bottle of wine!
Entry is £3 per player with teams capped at 6 or suffer a 1 point penalty for every extra player.

The Big Oyster Weekender
In honour of National Oyster Day on the 5th we've got oysters to fill the whole shucking weekend! Join us from noon til 9pm - Saturday 2nd August to shell-ebrate your love of oysters whilst you soak up the sun in our beer garden! Enjoy them au natural, or a classic pickled shallot dressing.. Maybe you're feeling adventurous and fancy trying one of Przemek's special dressings?
No tickets necessary, but we recommend booking to ensure the pearl experience!

Bring Your Baby Pub Quiz
1st Monday every month.
This is a fun, brain-stimulating daytime parent social event. The quiz takes a slower pace than traditional ones as we understand juggling a ‘baby brain’ with a baby can be distracting! Toddlers are welcome. We take two breaks to feed, change and chat, and questions are always repeated. Settle in with the picture round from 12pm, with a further five quiz rounds (including general knowledge, music, connection and themed). Team size is 6 maximum. A lunch menu including vegan and gluten-free options is available. Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places include items such as Prosecco, luxury chocolate boxes and beauty boxes. The prizes are for you, not the babies! Complimentary sweet treats for each table (sealed in packaging). Please buy your tickets via the button below. £10 per parent (free for your baby).
